We have added a discord server to our network. This will let players connect while in and out of game and help keep a community feel to our server. For security reasons the invite key is only given by other players or my server annoucement inside the game. Please go in game to get connected.

Unfortunately we are experiences issues across our network. These issues come at a time when access to our network is limited due to no onsite presence (vacations). Our remote access to the core network is disrupted and requires onsite intervention that cant be performed until the return of our onsite staff.

These issues appear to be with our virtual hosting environment and specifically with one of our proxy servers. Our gaming server (Rust specifically) is unaffected however is suffering some issues with raiding that are a consequence of the Rust PvE design and some new items recently introduced. Unfortunately there is little we can do to stop the issue since FacePalm do not provide any tools to help pure PvE and consider raiding ability to be part of the game on both PvP and PvE. When we have remote access to our core system back we will consider banning certain items to help prevent this raiding.
Due to this vacation period full services may not return until late January but we will work on what we can until then.
Thanks for your understanding.

Unfortunatly over the last 24-48h we have experienced issues with routing on your DNS servers. This means that in the last 48h it has often been difficult to reach PioneerX services by name. This appears to have mostly effected the websites but may have also included the gaming servers from time to time. We traced the issue to a problem router and this has now been fixed. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our monitoring systems picked this up and we investigated immediately however because the problem was in systems beyond our control we had to wait for 3rd parties to fix the issue.
Thanks for you understanding

At the request of some of our users PioneerX Gaming had added a new server. This time we have added Feed The Beast Inventions for all those that want something a little bit different and love the tech side of FTB. To play this you need the Curse launcher for minecraft (instructions in the menu) and to use multiple player server 'minecraft.pioneerx.co.uk' at launch this will be version 1.0.2 but we will keep the version updated as we do with all our games.

Our Rust server has now been running for almost a year and it's time that we do some maintenance on the physical server itself. While this maintenance shouldn't take much more than a few hours we are making some BIG changes to the operating systems and networking structures installed on this server, as a result we have scheduled an extended maintenance window to ensure that if we run into issues we have time to sort them out.
The server will go offline somewhere around 9-10am UTC on the 2nd November and will return to operation after the forced map wipe on the 3rd-4th Nov as usual.
NOTE: The server may show as online prior to this but will be passworded during a testing phase. Once the password is removed you are free to use the server
